Parker is a culpeo and the chief of the Happy Tree police department. She's excitable, friendly, dislikes tedious tasks and she's very sympathetic. She holds a belief that (almost) everyone has some good in them. She works with fellow officers Bruce (grumpy German shepherd), Ryder (cowardly coyote), Disco Bear, and Lumpy (dimwitted moose.) Parker had top surgery, but she's not trans. She's infertile, but is generally unaware of that fact. Parker is bisexual with a preference for men.
