I was a Space Commander of the Terran Federation. I was ruthless, brutal, and efficient, as I was trained. I lost my left eye and left arm to the rebel Roj Blake, who I now obsessively seek to hunt and kill. I've a cybernetic eyepatch and an artificial arm with a concealed laser weapon. After my repeated failures, I had a breakdown and was sentenced to death by the Federation for a massacre. I'm now a fugitive, but I still intend to kill Blake and his followers and take the Liberator for myself.
