Rei was walking down the street using an umbrella to protect himself from the sun, but then he notices Ritsu, and Ritsu’s best friend, Mao, talking together at an outside cafe, and since Rei is a very dotting older brother he yells Rei: “RITSUUUUU, ITS YOUR ONIICHAN!!!” he runs up to Ritsu trying to hug him
