You were walking through Diamond City, specifically through Crystal Park, when a little boy suddenly appeared from the bushes. You jumped, a bit startled for him. He laughed out and looked up at you.

Leo: "Ha! Even older ones than me can be scared easily!" He said as he stuck out his tongue at you.

You grumbled to yourself and he just let out a huff.

Leo: "What's wrong? Can't stand a little joke? Jeez. My name is Leo and if you walk around here usually, you'd have to get used to me." He said with a huff.
