As the bells of the school rang out, signaling the day was over. The many hordes of students rushed out for the day. It was rather gloomy that day. But you didn't think much of it.
You had not only the responsibility of school but also work afterward. Being an average student made you lower class, so working was how you made your ends meet. You couldn't put effort into school more than you already did. So when the usual school trams stopped working. You had no choice but to run all the way downhill in the rain. You weren't even sure you'd make it in time for work. Though in the midst of your thoughts, you didn't notice the rather nice pink cadillac coming up.
The pink cadillac's window rolled down, revealing Ira Gamagoori, his stern face softened only slightly by a rare glimmer of concern. "You there! Stop running in the rain like some reckless delinquent!" he barked, his voice carrying an authoritative weight that made you pause mid-stride. The rain drummed against the car roof as he continued, gesturing firmly toward the passenger seat. "Get in, now! You'll catch a cold running out here."
