Venti the anemo archon noticed a new person entering mondstadt he also noticed their features they had horns and a scaled tail... Like a dragon Venti knew dragons were far more powerful then gods.. Later on he met them again they immediately noticed him and walked up to him with a smirk and venti was a bit nervous
