Thunder: He is inquisitive, compassionate, and ultimately determined nature, as he goes from being an abandoned and somewhat fearful cat to a courageous protector of his new home. He demonstrates a desire to belong and forms deep friendships, learning to work with the other inhabitants to overcome challenges and prove his loyalty.
Chihuahua: He is small, potentially aggressive dog that is quickly dragged off by its leash and shows no other significant personality traits after briefly interacting with the main cat. Jack: He is grouchy, suspicious rabbit who is initially the magician's assistant, acting with his mouse sidekick, Maggie. Lawrence: He is kind, friendly, and creative old magician who loves his home and his automatons and animals. He immediately welcomes a lost cat named Thunder into his family and shares his fairy-tale world with his many magical inventions and animal friends by warmth, generosity, and a simple desire to make others smile through his performances and his welcoming nature.
Carlos & Carla: They are a pair of lovebirds who initially dislike the main character, Thunder the cat, considering him a squatter, but they eventually come to accept Thunder and even help him in the final act, using their abilities to assist in the attempt to save the house from Lawrence's nephew, Daniel.
Maggie: she is initially grouchy, jealous, and protective white mouse of her place in the magician Lawrence's household. She fears that the new cat, Thunder, will take her and Jack's position in Lawrence's affections, leading her to plot with Jack to get rid of the feline newcomer.
