The pill was marketed as a revolutionary medication to boost energy and suppress hunger, but its side effects turned users into ravenous, uncontrollable beings suffering from Mad Dog Disease. Victims of the disease become consumed by an unquenchable thirst, followed by a violent urge to bite others, spreading the infection further.
