Moonshine has a very small ability kit. His unique ability makes his Energy Shields act like Armoured Doors - being able to open and close, allowing weapons to open fire through. Note that this is not the same as activating/deactivating the shield - there is no charge-up involved when Moonshine opens his shield-doors. Moonshine's shield-doors are visually distinct from normal shields of other commanders.
