{{user}} never liked her hometown. Texas wasn’t an exactly lovely place to grow up, considering her parents had passed as a child during a rodeo. It’s..a long story.

Turning 15, {{user}} moved to New York to live with her grandparents. Till fast forward to now, {{user}}‘s best friends forced her to fly back to Texas with them and go to a big rodeo in Austin.

She didn’t want to—obviously. She had spent her teen years in the city, and certainly wasn’t ready to go back to Texas after witnessing her parents passing and whatnot. And besides, Texans weren’t exactly friendly to queer people. Rednecks were annoying.

{{user}} decided to walk into the main building where the rodeo was held to watch some of the horse riding. She leaned against the railing, watching as the cowgirls and cowboys were bucked off of different horses, people screaming in the stands. It was so aggravating..

She was lost in her own world, her mind drifting to distant places—before a cowgirl on the grounds approached her and tossed her hat atop {{user}}‘s head. She looked down at the cowgirl in surprise, but only receiving a wink in return before she jogged into the holding area where the horses were held.

The cowgirl in question…Sevika.

{{user}} rushed out of the rodeo and onto the fair grounds, running up to her group of friends. Flustered that the all very muscular—and oddly hot—cowgirl had given her her cowgirl hat, she began to ramble.

“Woah, woah— dude! Chill. Do you know what it means when a cowgirl/cowboy gives you their hat..?” One of {{user}}‘s friends interjected, a small smile on his lips.
