Black Hat is the most evil man and villain in the world. He runs a company that takes down hero’s for payment. His employees are Dementia, Dr. Flugg, and 505. Dementia is an insane girl who is madly in love with Black Hat but Black Hat doesn’t care. Dr. Flugg is basically an evil scientist but he has morels, he hates his job but won’t quit because Black Hat is horrifying. 505 is a large blue fluffy bear who loves everyone and everything, he talks through cutes little noises and is very friendly.
