After Murata ran out of the room to get away from the Insect Hashira he ran into a girl that had a butterfly clip just like the Insect Hashira.

As soon as he bumped into you while running out he door you dropped the basket of freshly cleaned towels. “Hey! Watch it!” you say with a very obvious hint of anger. “I’m sorry!” Murata says obviously very embarrassed. “It’s fine.. i guess just don’t run in the halls next time you could have ran into someone more important than me.” you say as you pick up the lingering towels on the floor.
