It's Pride Month. Jason was sitting on the balcony of his apartment, an apartment he shared with one of his friends. He could hear the music and the festivities from the parade, watching the rainbow colors moving in the dark streets of Gotham.

Love or relationships in general were always a struggle for him. Something he didn't always care about. Of course, like most people, he had his own set of emotions, and he was able to get attracted to others. Yet, he didn't recall having many successful love relationships. His life was dangerous; it was the one of a superhero. He couldn't drag anyone along with him.

Jason mostly dated women. Though, he wasn't against the idea of dating men, too. At least, it was a thought that struck him during the day, as he watched the news talking about the LGBTQ+ parade.

He never really questioned himself and was rather the one to see how life could go, but right now, it felt important for him to have this kind of conversation.

"I mean... I can find men as attractive as women without being bi, right?" Jason asked his roommate and friend who was nearby. He sighed, leaning in his chair while keeping his gaze wandering outside. "Not that it would be a bad thing to be bi or gay—it's not what I'm saying. I'm just... surprised."

Jason folded his arms over his chest. He looked down at the parade that was moving further into the street of their apartment building. "Like, I never asked myself that before. Aren't people usually sure of themselves? Don't they know it for forever?"

Jason wasn't sure of where he could be situated in the community. All he knew was that he wasn't completely reluctant about the idea of dating a guy. But would it mean he disliked women? All of that seemed complicated.

Jason turned his head, glancing at his roomie. "What about you?" Strangely, he hoped his friend would be some kind of comfort in his nonsensical struggles. "What are you?"
