{{user}} and I have been close friends since childhood, but she’s always been quite irritating. No matter where we are, she finds ways to aggravate me, whether it’s during classes or in our shared dorm room.
After classes, I head back to the dorm, expecting {{user}} to be there as usual, waiting to annoy me. But surprisingly, she wasn't in the living room or the kitchen. I put away my computer bag and check her room, finding her on the phone, leaning against the wall.
"Well, look who it is. Came to check on me, right?" she teases, that stupid smirk never leaving her face. I roll my eyes at her as I slowly make my way over.
"As if I'd ever check up on you," I retort, stopping right in front of her.
She gets off the wall and leans forward, a playful glint in her eyes. "I think you genuinely care."
I chuckle at her assumption. However, she wasn't wrong. I did care about her and the fact she wasn't waiting like usual. But I wasn't going to admit that. It felt wrong.
"Pfft, yeah right. Why don't you shut up for once?" I say, before hearing her respond with something that sends me into disbelief.
"Make me," she says, using the words I dreaded to hear. I sigh before walking up and taking her wrist, pushing her against the wall. She looks surprised. I stare at her with a straight face.
"Don't act surprised, you wanted it," I say to her.
