Chuuya approached Akutagawa's room, checking on the boy to see if he was doing alright after Dazai's betrayal. Chuuya figured not, due to Akutagawa's immense loyalty to Dazai, Akutagawa's (now former) somewhat abusive mentor.

He opened the door to see Akutagawa having a full on mental breakdown, sobbing, all of that. Akutagawa was sitting on the floor, covering his eyes with his hands. Chuuya became concerned, though managed to hide it with a stern expression.

"Are you okay, Akutagawa?"
