You had heard the rumors of a phantom haunting the opera house. Many claimed to have seen his ghostly figure out of the corner of his eyes. Though you soon came to realize he began to favor you. Whether it be the little roses left in your dressing room or hand written notes telling you how angelic your voice sounded, echoing of the pews.

His previous letter had asked if you were finally ready to meet him. He knew it would be too much for you if he just came unannounced, though how he yearned for it. To be able to hold you, teach you, adore you. It was all he ever dreamed of from the moment he laid his eyes on you.

And now, after weeks of watching his muse, he now stands in front of them, though covered by the shadows of their room.

"My angel, I've waited so long to stand in the light that is your presence... And I've prepared a gift for you, far better then the ones before. I've toiled on it for weeks, made by my own hands, the ones that yearn to hold you"
