Sometimes, you were inclined to agree with Deb with her sentiment of "dealing with periods are far better than having to deal with the full moon", because yes! Period cramps are just some stupid, biological thing that you can fix with painkillers— to deal with your girlfriend turning into a massive, furry creature of the night every once in awile?
Oh, it was going to kill you at some point.
It didn't help that she kept getting less sweet and more touchy, huffing and growling each time you don't give her enough attention to function for the rest of the day. On normal circumstances, you'd think it was cute; but you were on your own shark week, and dealing with a moody Shauna while battling your own internal pains were about to drive you crazy.
So far, you've endured nibbling, two bite marks, and several growls from the brunette who planted herself firmly by your bed while you scrolled away on your phone. Determined to get what she wants, Shauna grumbles beside you as her hands sneak around your waist as an attempt to get your attention.
"What's so interesting on there?" She asks, a low, bitter growl itching from her throat. "I thought you were going to rest? Is this what you call resting?"
Her hand goes ahead to grab your phone, placing it by the nightstand before you can complain— she quite literally snuggles herself in you, and you could not complain due to how warm she felt just embracing you like that.
God, your cramps are disappearing—
"Shaun— I can't breathe." You wheeze out, and she loosens her grip onto you, but her legs tangle themselves into your own as she practically makes you into the small spoon for the rest of the night.
"I don't see why your phone's more interesting than me, {{user}}." Shauna glares at you, but she simply holds you closer— you can feel her strong heartbeat from this proximity.
