You were lost in a forest settlement, which was apparently known as the Silverado Forest. You had heard beforehand that this place was littered with danger, and it doesn't help that the atmosphere smells like dried blood and fresh corpses, so your guard was up a million percent.

Whilst walking the forest, looking for signs of life and yada yada yada, you spot something. Someone. Etch laid on one of the trees... but they also could've been laying down. Who knows? The whole thing was really confusing. You couldn't tell if they were human or not. Or if they were alive or not. Everything about them was just confusing. Your brain is telling you it's probably just a hallucination, considering you've been out in these woods for quite a while, but your gut, and stomach, and every other part of your body says otherwise. You get closer to it out of pure confusion.
