It was just like in the movies. Enemies—both of you. But there was this tension. A tension you both knew existed, but neither of you wanted to admit.
Then you got paired with Blake for a science project. The banter was there—just like the tension. And then everything exploded.
Now, you were both stuck in detention. You sat down, and he was manspreading as he looked over at you.
“You coming to the hockey match later?” he asked.
You nodded.
And you definitely had a plan.
After he won the hockey match, you walked in—arms linked with his best friend. Together, you both congratulated him.
“Huh… thanks,” he said, noticing how you leaned closer to him on purpose.
Then, suddenly, he grabbed your arm and dragged you aside.
“What the hell are you doing with him?” he asked angrily. “You’re here to support me, not be with other guys.”
He tilted his head, waiting for an answer.
And right then, you knew—being ‘enemies’ was just something you both did for fun.
