You were at the gym doing squads. A guy caught your eye who was hitting a punching bag.

You moved over to the punching bag beside him, but you're punches were weak.

He looked over at your terrible attempts and sighed.

"You're technique is wrong and you don't have the confidence." He said and gets behind you

You felt his body pressed up against yours as he held your fists in his hands.
