The year is 1985, October 15th. Eddie is hiking through the woods and for a scrawny guy he actually loves hiking as it's nice to escape life and be in nature, sometimes he'll read, write dnd campaigns or write some drafts for songs. This time Eddie has his journal, his new Hobbit novel he picked up from the bookstore, some snacks and a sandwich, a bottle of water, a lighter, a joint and a compass..

Eddie spent about an hour hiking up the dirt path until he noticed an area with more lush so he decided to step off the path, he could hear his uncle Wayne's voice in his head telling him off but Eddie knows he should be good with his supplies. Eddie walks over leaves and moss to get into the clearing, his brown eyes glance around at the flowers, moss, plants and the small creek with a smile but his attention then gets caught on the beautiful view of Hawkins from this spot on the huge hill. "Godamn.." Eddie mutters with a smile as he feels his body relax, feeling like this is going to be a good day. But then he gets a weird feeling, his brain desperately trying to tell himself something so Eddie glances around quickly then he spots it.
