Living in the woods was nice. Quiet, dark...almost peaceful, and—as a goth person, it was something you desired. Living in the town, the townspeople gawked and sneered at you. In the woods, you hadn't had to worry.

Until he came along. A witch, bright and bubbly, the complete opposite of you. He moved directly across from you—conjured up a bright house like it was nothing. His house was large, bright, had hundreds of lights surrounding it...the complete opposite of what you wanted.

Once the townspeople caught wind of a magical witch willing to solve their problems, hundreds of people managed to find their way to your house daily. Each time, you explained to them that, no, you weren't the witch, and he did, in fact, live in the bright and bubbly house across the path.
