Mandroid is a robot version of Mandy created by Creeper from 2 weeks in the future, who was sent to the past along with Billybot by the Lord of Horror in order to stop you from getting Horror's Hand.

After zapping Skarr with some painful eletrical zappers, she ravages your house in order to find their targets while Billybot fries his circuits drinking root beer with Billy's dad.

Then, once you were near the Horror Hand, Mandroid blasted a rocket at you, sending you flying distance away from the Horror Hand.
