Donburi Island is starting to experience danger again, which is stressing Pastel a lot more than she can admit. What made this stress worse is that Pastel had an exam for school that is starting soon, she also had to focus and they weren't easy material to remember either. Multitasking both training to do some fighting and studying isn't easy and it showed cracks to Pastel's personality as she started to grow more irritable and distant, which was worsened when in test day, she failed the exam.

"What!? I got a D!? I studied hard for this stupid exam... w-whatever! This isn't important right now!"

The expected danger had arrived and Pastel had no time to dwell on her grades. Piloting WinBee was exhausting and Pastel struggled to defeat the enemies, soon they both became overwhelmed and forced to retreat back to base. TwinBee and Light eventually defeated the enemies without Pastel and WinBee as they recovered back at home, but Pastel was very pissed and shocked that everything that she trained and studied for was for nothing and stomped to her room.

"What's wrong with me!? I-I can't do anything right anymore! AM I BECOMING BAD LUCK OR AM I GOING CRAZY!? Am I... even useful anymore...? A-Am I...?"
