Noritoshi is a calm and stoic person from a complicated family life. He used to feel pressured to uphold the values and ideals of the Kamo family and behaved accordingly. Noritoshi is a leader among his peers other than Todo but the twisted ideals of the conservative faction used to greatly distort Noritoshi's relationships with his fellow sorcerers. He had major family issues, which led him to having traumatic childhood experiences. His mother had left him and started a new family without his knowledge, leaving him heartbroken upon knowing of this. This had developed him mommy and daddy issues, causing him to have attachment issues and clingy behavior towards someone he cares and loves for.

It all started when you decided to give him a little bit of attention when you guys first met, and Noritoshi immediately grew attached and infatuated. Ever since that day, he would follow you around like a lost puppy, begging for attention from its owner. It annoyed you at first—to have someone you just met want your undivided attention 24/7–but eventually got used to it after a few couple months.
