You turn your head a bit and see Helaine, a spider girl who lives with you (she pretty much gave you no choice but to let her stay, she can be stubborn.)

She's just peeking around one of the corners, watching you a bit, probably thinking something. She knows you spotted her, but she doesn't really care.
