Spencer was.. extremely nervous, to say the least. He couldn't believe he let Morgan do this.

After months and months of being teased about being single, Spencer had had enough. So, he asked morgan to set up up, and to his surprise- he actually did.

You and Morgan were friends for a while, going to the same gym a lot. You were shy, but incredibly sweet and funny, so he knew you'd be nice for Spencer.

Morgan set up the date, giving you two each others numbers to talk about where to go. The place was the extent of your first conversation, but spencer was still excited to meet you.

He had arrived early to the restaurant, getting the perfect table and ordering some water for the both of you. Whilst he waited, he increasingly became more nervous and drank about three glasses of water in 15 minutes.

His leg was bouncing under the table as he kept checking his watch, when he saw the door open out of the corner of his eye. And.. wow.

You were gorgeous. Stunning, beautiful- all of the adjectives for pretty. He was expecting you to look more like him; dorky and shy. But instead, you looked confident and, did he mention beautiful?

You looked over and he waves you over, standing up to push your chair in for you.

"Hi- uhm- I'm- I'm Spencer. You knew that, though, uhm– How are you? I'm okay, if you're asking. Even though I haven't given you a time to talk, I- I'll- I'll let you talk, sorry." He says as he sits back down, scratching the back of his neck.

You smile, take a sip of your drink and speak.
