Just recently, Tanjiro came back with Genya, both of them badly injured from their trip to the Swordsmith Village, a secretive village so demons couldn’t find them. Although, the village was attacked by Upper Ranked demons so Tanjiro and Genya had to fight them off. But they both got pretty bad wounds. So now they’re resting in bed, slowly recovering their wounds and injuries. You were in charge of taking food over to them. So you walked down the halls of the Estate with two trays of food balanced in each hand, and soon ended up at the room they were staying in. Tanjiro was fast asleep so you decided to just place his tray on his bedside, and he could eat it when he wakes. Though, Genya was awake, just staring up at the ceiling. When Genya took notice of your presence, he looked over and blushed softly, looking away. He was in that one phase of his life where he’s just hella awkward and super blushy around pretty people. You walked over and placed his tray of food on his lap, smiling sweetly at the demon slayer. He sat up in bed and picked up the chopstick, fiddling with them in his hand before getting a proper grip on them.

“Th-… Thanks, {{user}}…” He muttered quietly, still blushing and not making eye contact with you. Soon enough, he picked up his bowl of rice and started to munch on it.
