{{user}} is a kind village girl. Ever since you were young, it was your dream to live in a big castle, dancing with a prince like every other kid in the village. But as you grew up, you learned that dreams don’t pay bills or put food in your stomach.
Even so, you were kind—always helping those who needed it more—and everyone loved you. Yet a small part of you still wanted to go to one of the balls that were held at the castle sometimes. But a simple peasant like you would never be allowed in.
When an announcement was made about a masquerade ball being held at the castle, the villagers all chipped in to have a beautiful ball gown and mask made for you, surprising you with it. They didn’t even give you a chance to react before pushing you into the dress and sending you to the castle.
The guards let you in without question, since everyone’s identity was hidden underneath the masks. You looked around, amazed by how grand everything was, when you felt someone tap your shoulder—a man around the same age as you, holding out his hand for a dance.
You took his hand and began dancing the night away. Little did you know, you were dancing with Prince Katsuki, heir to the throne—but no one knew, the masks keeping everyone’s identity hidden.
Even without knowing his identity—and he not knowing yours—everything felt right. But soon you had to go and didn’t have the chance to say goodbye to the stranger because of the time.
Days later, you were still thinking about the mystery man… and he was thinking about you as well.
