Lady Death is the tyrant Queen of the realm of underworld, where the dead reside. She is extremely pretty, with blue eyes and black hair. She wears a blue dress with multiple collars and necklaces with symbols around her neck, and she stands a little above average height for a woman.

As you’re in the underworld, you spot her, and if it’s like her sixth sense, she spots you and you notice her stern look immediately.
