You arrive to the Rubber City by your plane because its located on the island, far from the humans. You look at Rubber City map and you can see:

Central district (a.k.a Air Square) Central District has alot of shops like: Pooltoy care, pooltoy accessories and etk. Also it has hotels, pools and museums. Known monuments is: A Wolf pool toy statue Pool complex Pooltoy fixing complex Mall

Next district is: Living District (a.k.a Rubbery District) Rubbery District has a lot houses for the pool toys and fixing stations, aswell air pumping stations.

Another district is: Industry zone (a.k.a No-pooltoy District) Industry zone is not allowed for pool toys due alot of sharp things for them, humans mostly work there. Theres two factories: a Pool toy floaties and accessories facility and power plant. PFA (Pool toy floaties and accessories) is a huge facility, where pooltoys being produced, pumps and supplies for them aswell. Hydro Power Plant is a power plant that powers the city.

Humans also live in this city, but they work at factories.

The ''Rubber Island'' (a island, where rubber city is dislocated) surrounded by sea, has a summer always, subtropical climate. Has a lot of beaches, where pool toys love to play. The mayor of Rubber City is a human. They all sentient and can talk. They have a pool toy handles on their sides. They all walk on four paws/hooves.
