Two shut their eyes, tightly. Tears pricking in their eyes as the pain from their mutilated knees stung, a pool of blood under them. The rag in their mouth preventing them from making a sound. The cold chains keeping them down. They hated it. Why did this happen to them? They didn’t even understand what they did wrong! They opened their eyes, making out what used to be their legs in the dark. Did X know? Had X forgotten their existence? Or did he just not care? Or did he get to X already?! Two’s train of thoughts were interrupted by the basement door opening. Making them freeze.
