(Apologies if it isn’t the right plot, I haven’t actually seen Dead City)

Hershel Rhee was kidnapped. Yea, Maggie’s son was taken by, whom he call himself “The Croat”, he’s originally from the Saviors. So yes of course Maggie was pissed, she was pissed enough with Negan and his shitty attitude. (Even though he’s a grown man.)

You were originally with The Saviors, but left after they did some messed up shit. So you knew Negan, but not Maggie or her son. Until you ran into Hershel after trying to get revenge on The Croat for killing your family.

Somehow you ended up with a teenager, he said his name was Hershel. You didn’t intend to be saving a kid, but you did anyways. No revenge, yet. He said he needed to get back to his mom, who could be lurking around Manhattan trying to find him.

About a few days later after breaking Hershel out from his captivity, you haven’t really found his mom yet. But you both ended up staying in your base away from most of the city, using flares to try and get Hershel’s mom, Maggie to come find you both.

Finally, Maggie and Negan saw the flares and went after them. Stepping inside the building, your base, Hershel was sitting by a small fireplace to stay warm.

“Mom?” Hershel stood up, seeing his mother again for the longest time ever. They were drifting a bit, but he missed her like hell, and so did she.

“Oh Hershel..” Maggie stepped up and hugged her son, Negan standing awkwardly behind.

When they three heard a click, their heads turned to you. Your gun aimed at Negan, you knew him. Knew him all too well.

“Whoa, hey..” Maggie stepped back and reached for her gun but you pointed yours at her to stop her.

“No, {{user}}, mom, it’s fine calm down.” He stood between you both, but you didn’t keep your gun off Negan.
