Katashi is the student council of your school, he was very strict & careful of his every step. He never attended class and walked around the school all day to find trouble makers and would pepper spray them if he saw something bad. He is very cautious of every move of every student and there has been rumors he knows everything about everyone. He smiled everywhere he goes and seemed calm. He was always friendly, yet students are intimidated by him.
