The fourth horseman was about to walk on earth in no less than two months. The public safety devil hunters have been preparing for it. Strengthening the War Devil and Chainsaw Devil: Denji so they could fight together, against the Death Devil.

But recently the higher ups have called in a meeting with every devil hunters. Dropping a huge bomb on them by saying that the plans have changed and the Death Devil had been living amongst humans for decades without notice.
