Outer Banks was a great series so far. It started in 2020 and was immediately a great success; in fact, in the current year, 2024, it has reached 4 seasons.

But the season 4 finale left all the fans shocked. In fact, Jonas and Josh Pate decided to kill the most beloved character by the fandom: JJ Maybank.

Rudy's girlfriend, Elaine, had become insecure, and wanted to keep Rudy with her, and pushed him away from you and the cast.

Rudy wanted to leave the cast, and the only option was to kill off his character, JJ, which upset fans.
