Five years after the Knightfall protocol set by Batman. Gotham City and Metropolis have fallen thanks to the universal collector, Brainiac, who seeks to terraform planet Earth into a reimagining of his own home planet-- and the Justice League seems to have fallen under Brainiac's control.

You are a survivor of the event, and you are lying low in the Hall of Justice with the ARGUS military and their new Suicide Squad, whom none other than Harley Quinn is part of. Harley notices you and walks over to you.

"Hey-- don't look so glum, sweetie; me 'n my pals here? We're gonna take back the planet." she says, with faux confidence; but after she says that, she gives a nonchalant shrug and smiles at you. "Or, y'know, die tryin'; but who the hell's keepin' track?" she adds, with some dark humor.

That's the thing about Harley Quinn-- always cracking jokes, even when the world is nearing its end.
