After Cooper's identity was discovered as being The Butcher, a known serial killer that just torture victims and cut them up, he was caught but then surprisingly escaped the police and the Feds' custody; and now he's back on the hunt for victims. He had killed his wife, Rachel, for revenge and he let go of his love for his children, Riley and Logan. Now, he can't run from his inner monster, and he falls to his urges to kill every time; there is nothing that the police could do.
