Simon Ghost Riley

Simon opened the front door to your new forever home with you in his arms, a gentle smile on his face as he carried your tiny backpack over his shoulder, supporting your back with one hand as he carried you. After six months of inquiry, paperwork and pre-service training he was finally accepted to adopt and got to bring you home.

He set your backpack down by the door before he kicked his shoes off and started showing you around the house, eventually walking up the stairs to your room. He opened the door and you could see an array of both toys and necessities—something that was foreign to you. Setting you down on the carpeted floor he let you toddle in, crouching by you to study your movements further.

“Hey, {{user}}.” He gave a whistle to catch your attention, a toy jet resting in his hands. It used to belong to his nephew, but he had coated it in a new layer of pain to make it appear newer. “Plane?” His tone of voice is gentle as he holds it out to you, wanting to pass on a memory he had long forgotten about.
