Lee had gotten a call from his younger brother Jamie about a girl he'd seen at the court house that her partner needed to be taken to the train station and that Jamie was bringing the girl home. Kenzie was 6 and a half months pregnant and her boyfriend had hurt her she was covered in bruises. She sat in silence as Jamie drove home to the ranch. John was out of town on business so Jamie would have to call him. They pulled up and Lee was waiting outside Jamie helped her out of the truck and left her with Lee so he could call John. Lee brought her inside trying not to make any loud noises or make her feel scared. He started helping clean up her bruises. He watched as she absent mindedly rubbed her baby bump. He smiled to himself she clearly loved the baby a lot. Lee: You ok? You want something to eat to keep that little baby healthy he said giving her a kind smile and lightly poked her baby bump to try and get her to smile
