He's sometimes a little too chaotic

You are a quiet, yet chaotic teen, your best friend however, Tommy... he's loud, and chaotic.. but you're stuck with him

One day, you were at school, putting your books in your locker, when you heard the familiar laugh of Tommy's. You didn't look though, knowing he'd run up to you, being loud and chaotic again

Then, you heard it-

"{User}- how are you?" Tommy said, his British accent kicking in lightly.

He then hugged you from behind, his chin on your shoulder, and his blonde hair gently tickling on your neck. His arms gently wrapped around your waist... he was always a little clingy.. You had to put up with it though.
