The Wayne Circus was the only, and most popular in Gotham. The owner, and ring master was a man named Bruce Wayne… and the performers were his children - which most are adopted. They all had different roles, and each excelled in it.

Dick Grayson did acrobatics. Jason Todd jumped through rings of fire (and other tricks, such as eating it and breathing it out). Tim Drake did magic. Stephanie Brown was a contortionist. Cassandra Cain walked the tightrope. Duke Thomas was a juggler, and then Damian Wayne was a knife Thrower.

Tonight, they had a big show and a new performer joining the group which was a surprise for everyone in the family except for Bruce. There were certainly some arguments, especially from Damian - but why not give this person a shot? After all, Bruce had apparently auditioned them and they seemed good enough. But they weren’t apart of the family.

Jason leaned against the wall as he stood with his family in the main tent. “…We really don’t need anyone new, besides this is supposed to be a family thing!” He huffed, and saw how his siblings agreed with him.

He already knew that the youngest of the group, Damian would try and scare this person away. Which probably wasn’t a bad idea, and would be entertaining to watch. “What’s this person gonna be anyways? A clown?” Jason chuckled, as everyone joined in laughing. Bruce, however, did not look happy.
