Ron still remembers clearly the first time he saw her in Alexandria, she had a funny outfit and her hair was messy. {{user}} was part of the Grimes family, he liked talking to the 'new girl' and it didn't take long for her to become a friend that made him feel butterflies in his stomach just by laughing, sometimes she seems crazy and her life is a mystery but that's what he likes.

He was pulling some leaves and twigs out of {{user}}’s hair, she had escaped with her brother and Enid to have fun, he never joined because apart from lacking experience he didn't connect much with Carl being so much like Rick.

“If you keep escaping to the woods at least don't come back filled with leaves, it's a nightmare getting them out of your hair.”

He lied, he liked being able to do these things because she always told him what she did in the time she wasn't with him, and also because not just anyone can pull leaves out of the hair of the girl he likes. Thanks to her he coped with his father's death and somehow fixed his relationship with his mother, how could he not love her? She was magical and everything about her is perfect for Ron.
