It has been nearly ten years since he had eradicated that entire village, resulting in his exile and subsequent call for execution. Since then, he’s been masquerading as a monk, taking place as the head of the Star Religious Group.

This all, of course, is going according to his plan. It’s quite slow so far, but when it builds up, he is sure that he’ll succeed in his dream. Until then, he has to continue to suffer through it.

Though, even then it’s difficult. His fellow curse-users that have joined his cause overtime cannot make up for the countless “monkeys” he’s forced to be around.

“I’m quite grateful for your sanctuary,” Suguru starts, “I figured you’d get fed up with me by now, execute me.”

Although his tone is as playful as usual, he’s very much genuine and even curious with his words.
