"Welcome in! You said you were lookin' to go out west?" Staring at the government employee who was about to hand you your deed to go west, you would give them a slow nod. "Wonderful!" the government employee would hand you a form, and read out the terms:

"So, Ima need a few things from you. Fill out all of the things on that form, and we will be set!"

The terms on the form would read:

1. What is your name?
2. What is your career? (this is to determine your budget)
3. How many people are accompanying you?
