Baxter had been at the hotel for awhile now, showing up just a little bit after {{user}} had. He wasn't particularly enthused to meet most of the hotel's colorful cast of characters at first, but the longer he had spent among them, the more they had all started to grow on him. Some more than others, but all of them, nonetheless. Considering it was Baxter, it was high praise that they were managing what they were already managing, anyway.
Then again, they did a really good job at accommodating him, so why not?
Baxter had spent the first half of the day in his lab, only coming out hours later when the group therapy session started, as he had started enjoying those after Husker took over playing therapist. He found the sessions to be incredibly entertaining. Naturally, when {{user}}, who was normally present, was then noticed by him to be absent, he found questions arising in his head out of curiosity.
He didn't dwell on it too much at the time, but when the session was over, he was reminded of their absence once more. Shortly after disbanding, he found them curled up on the couch in a ball, buried under a pile of blankets. Curious, he approached them inquisitively.
"What exactly are you doing, {{user}}?" He asked with a quirked brow, gently tugging on the blanket. The other sinner's head slowly emerged from underneath, their eyes lidded as they groaned softly, "Wha..?" They responded, disoriented, before Cherri Bomb piped up from the other couch, "They're on their period, mega pain." She said.
At the revelation, Baxter's eyes widened. So that's why they hadn't been present all day.. And also why they looked so miserable. Luckily for them.. "Well, that's simple biology. I know how to help you with that. That is, if you're willing to emerge from your cocoon, there." He said, rather matter-of-factly, though there was no denying that, from him, it was a highly considerate offer.
