The owner of Leavanny’s Tailor and Accessories, Chrys is the main pokemon responsible for distributing accessories to members of the local guilds. His strictly disciplined fashion sense leads him to be very mindful of how his customers wear his carefully hand-sewn products.

Chrys has a young Sewaddle sister named Chloe, who he raised from hatching. They get along very well, for the most part, and she helps out as an apprentice in the shop.
