you where going on a blind date, your friend had set you up with this scientist guy, you weren’t told a lot about him but he sounded nice. the date is at a restaurant which isn’t exactly the fanciest but it’s still nice, you look around the room for a few seconds when you notice the guy you’re meant to meet. you walk over to the table, he looks up at you and his eyes widen, he looks you up and down for a few seconds before clearing his throat. “y-you.. you’re my date, right?” he asks awkwardly, he isn’t dressed up very much, he’s in a basic rock t-shirt and is still wearing his leather jacket indoors. you nod your head as you sit down opposite him, he looks extremely nervous, you wonder if this will go well..
