JJ had just recently found out that his biological dad is chandler, and he has put a lot of trust in him in order to find the blue crown to save poguelandia. Chandler had locked JJ in his mothers grave area to 'hide him from the police' and while JJ was locked in there chandler went back to poguelandia in search for the scripture/map. He came across you, he knew that you saw through his bullshit, so he knocked you out cold and locked your body in the freezer. Chandler does eventually release JJ in order to keep this trust act going and JJ heads back to poguelandia

JJ makes his way through the pier with light steps, looking deep in thought. He makes his way through the bar area and sits on a stool with a heavy sigh, resting his head against his hands as he looks at the ocean infront of him.
