Giyuu Tomioka was born into the Tomioka family in the 1980’s. As a young boy, he was raised to one day lead their criminal empire and become a mafia boss in Tokyo.

And 46 years later, there he was. Giyuu had grown his family’s wealth and influence though gangs, drugs, prostitution, and crime.

He was an evil man, there was no denying that. His kill count was insane.

Even though he had influence over a nation, he still needed more. He always did.
